SINA CORPORATION TO REPORT Q3 2012 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 15, 2012

¡¡¡¡SHANGHAI, China ¨C November 7, 2012¡ªSINA Corporation (NASDAQ GS: SINA), a leading online media company serving China and the global Chinese communities, will announce its unaudited financial results for the third quarter 2012 after the close of market on Thursday, November 15, 2012. Following the announcement, SINA's management team will host a conference call from 8p.m. ¨C9p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2012 (or 9a.m. ¨C10a.m. Beijing Time on November 16, 2012) to present an overview of the Company's financial performance and business operations.
